Dengue Awareness Walk 

DEAP Development Organization had arranged Dengue awareness walk on October 28, 2011 for creating awareness of dengue hazards in people of district Chakwal. Walk was started from Ali Mosque at 10 a.m and it was ended at Tehsil chowk Chakwal. Children of Kids school system, representatives of NGOs and civil society participated in this walk. They had picked up banners, cards, posters etc. in which precautions against dengue were written. City & Traffic police were present for security and traffic management. After that DEAP team along with children distributed broachers against dengue precautions among the people. All people appreciated this efforts of children and DEAP. Children were served with juices at the end which was arranged by DEAP. It was an healthy activity for creating awareness and realizing severe hazards of dengue in people of Chakwal.
